Aditi Shah is the Founder and Principal Workplace Investigator of Prism Workplace Solutions. She brings over 18 years of experience helping organizations navigate complex workplace challenges with fairness, clarity, and integrity. Aditi began her career as a labor and employment litigator, serving at the U.S. Department of State, the Department of Justice, and the Department of Homeland Security. In these roles, she litigated and advised organizations on sensitive workplace matters, conducted grievance investigations, and guided policy development. With expertise across Title VII matters, disability accommodations, whistleblower matters, performance issues, as well as ethics and misconduct violations, she brings deep legal knowledge and practical insight to every engagement. Her work focused on helping organizations respond to challenging situations thoughtfully, equitably, and in compliance with the law. Through her work at Prism Workplace Solutions, Aditi partners closely with HR and leadership teams to investigate, assess, and resolve workplace matters. Known for her neutral, principled approach, she combines deep legal knowledge with investigative rigor to foster transparency, accountability, and trust in the workplace.
